SMS Program Terms

The program

Sage sends text messages that are part of the product: sign-in codes, family invitations you or your family request, answers to questions you text to Sage, and messages from your family's shared threads. Message frequency varies with how your family uses Sage.

Consent

You receive Sage texts only if you sign up for Sage, or a family member invites you and you accept. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Stopping and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We confirm once, then go quiet. Your family can still reach you the ordinary way.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@sagefamily.app.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply, set by your phone plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy covers text messaging. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
